| Jan 31, 2010 Hi folks it's been a long time between updates and sorry for the inconvenience. A lot has taken place but first and foremost I want you all to come and see me fight on Feb 4th at the Taichi Palace Hotel and Casino in Lemoore,Ca at the Taichi Fighting Championship 3. I will be fighting Gabe "Godzilla" Rudigeur from the Ultimate Fighter Season 5, so come and support me as well as GoonSquad member Issac DeJesus in his title fight vs Nam Phan! I want to thank all my new sponsors that have jumped on board before this fight, and check them and my old sponsors out on the sponsors page and support them and their companies like they support me! I've been training my a** off the best I can for the fight with the resources that I have and I want to thank first Phil Torres for always stepping it up and being pretty much the ONLY man of his word when it comes to helping others in this faulty game we call MMA. I've hooked back up with my old Thai coach Yonas to get my standup on point as well as Mike at Torre's and a new boxing coach their. I want to thank all the people at Torre's for taking time out their training to beat me up sparring and help me on the ground since I'm a fish out of water so to speak lol! Also I want to thank Jasper Tabaya and the guys at Buhawe as I trained a week their, even though they aren't in control like before they did the best they could for me...and my good friend/manager Jen for feeding me while in town. |

| Oct 27th 2009 Your favorite fighter FA has began to do an exchange of techniques relationship with Alexander Crispim and Crispim BJJ in Plesanton,Ca as Crispim will provide him with a real Brazilian taste of Jujitsu while FA provides Crispim with real Dutch style kickboxing. Also every Friday at 7:00pm FA will be teaching a MMA class for his good friend Eddie at Competitive Edge Mixed Martial Arts in Modesto,Ca so catch ya boy FA there and join the class! |

FA has been ref'fing and judging the matches in Modesto,Ca and San Francisco,Ca for the Pure209 promotions that hold 2 shows a month, one in each city.
